1. Job Description
You’ll own the machine learning pipelines behind our products — from data ingestion and feature engineering through to training, evaluation, and deployment.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not a research one: the models you build ship to production and are measured on real business outcomes.
You’ll work closely with product and platform engineers to make model behaviour predictable, observable, and cheap enough to run at scale.
2. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment
Optimise model latency, throughput, and inference cost in production
Design evaluation sets and metrics that reflect real product quality
Set up monitoring for drift, regressions, and data quality issues
Fine-tune and adapt foundation models for client-specific use cases
Work with product engineers to expose models through clean, reliable APIs
Document experiments so results are reproducible by the rest of the team
3. Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong Python skills and comfort with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience taking at least one model from notebook to production.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and at least one cloud platform.
Understanding of evaluation methodology and how to avoid fooling yourself with metrics.
Ability to explain trade-offs between accuracy, cost, and latency to non-specialists.
Curiosity about the fast-moving open-source model ecosystem.
4. Benefits
Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products and real-world business solutions.
Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote work options.
Professional development budget for courses, certifications, and conferences.
Latest equipment and tools to support your work.
Collaborative, innovation-driven team culture.
Clear career growth opportunities across the whole company.
Paid annual leave, company events, and comprehensive employee benefits.
