Design and build AI-powered workflows and product features
Work with inputs, prompts, and context to improve output quality
Integrate AI capabilities into real product environments
Improve reliability, consistency, and performance of AI outputs
Build systems that scale from simple use cases to complex workflows
Collaborate with designers to make complex systems feel simple
Ship fast, iterate often, and refine based on real usage
3. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience working with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
Familiarity with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
Experience integrating REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, or AI agent frameworks is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Passion for learning and experimenting with rapidly evolving AI technologies.
