1. Job Description
You’ll run AI delivery projects end to end — scoping the work with clients, planning the phases, and keeping engineering, design, and stakeholders moving in the same direction.
The role is as much about translation as coordination: turning business goals into technical scope, and technical constraints into decisions clients can act on.
You’ll be the person who keeps a project honest about timelines, risks, and what “done” actually means.
2. Key Responsibilities
Scope AI projects with clients and turn goals into a phased delivery plan
Coordinate engineering, design, and client stakeholders across the project lifecycle
Track timelines, dependencies, and risks, and escalate early when something slips
Run kickoffs, weekly check-ins, demos, and retrospectives
Keep documentation, decisions, and acceptance criteria in one place
Manage scope changes without derailing the delivery date
Report progress and outcomes back to clients in plain language
3. Qualifications
Experience managing software or data projects from kickoff through delivery.
Comfortable discussing AI concepts with engineers without needing to write the code.
Strong written communication — you can turn a messy call into a clear summary.
Familiarity with agile delivery and tools such as Linear, Jira, or Notion.
Ability to hold a plan together when requirements shift mid-project.
Experience working directly with external clients or stakeholders.
Comfortable saying no, and explaining why, when scope threatens quality.
Bonus: background in consulting, product management, or technical delivery.
